Body and Mind Strong
Integrative Therapy Services
For Individuals, Adults & Couples

What is Integrative Therapy?
Integrative therapy is a holistic approach to mental health counseling that focuses on the whole person—mind, body, and behavior. Instead of addressing symptoms in isolation, this method looks at how your thoughts, emotions, physical health, and daily habits all work together to influence your overall well-being.
In my practice, integrative therapy combines evidence-based psychological techniques with practical tools that support your physical health—like movement, nutrition awareness, stress reduction, and mindfulness. Together, we identify the connections between how you think, how you feel, and how you live day to day.
If you’re ready to improve your whole health—not just your mental health—I can help you create balance, build resilience, and find lasting relief through the body–mind connection.
What to Expect in Sessions
Your sessions are a space designed just for you—a place to slow down, breathe, and sort through what’s been weighing on your mind. We’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way of your peace and progress, then create practical, realistic steps to help you move forward.
Each session is tailored to your needs and comfort level. Some days might focus more on talking through emotions and patterns of thought; other days, we may bring in strategies that strengthen your body–mind connection—like mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, or small lifestyle adjustments that support emotional balance.
Our work together is collaborative. You set the pace, and I provide guidance, tools, and honest feedback to help you uncover your strengths and build confidence in your ability to handle whatever life brings your way.
The goal is simple: for you to leave each session feeling a little more grounded, a little more hopeful, and a little more in control of your path forward.

Online Therapy Sessions
For your convenience, I offer online sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can connect easily from your computer, tablet, or phone—wherever you feel most comfortable.
Online therapy makes it possible to access support and resources that might otherwise be out of reach, all from the privacy of your own space. It also eliminates travel time, giving you more flexibility to fit sessions into your schedule and maintain consistency in your care.

Making the Connection
I believe having a good connection with your counselor is just as important as the skill level of your therapist. In my experience in working with others, I have found having some kind of connection increases the chance of success.
