Training programs are individually tailored to your goals, whether it is to gain strength, loose weight or just feel healthier. Programs are focuses on both fitness and nutrition which will help strengthen muscles and decrease body fat. These plans are NOT about fast weight loss, but slow consistent fat loss which has greater long-term success.

About Renee, Integrated Fitness Coach
Renee is a certified Fitness Trainer and Health Care Life Coach who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and improve their lives. She has over 14 years experience helping others achieve their goals in both healthcare and fitness environments. In addition, she has helped others with behavior modification for the past 12 years as a master level Behavioral Health Counselor.
Renee has learned the importance of the connection between physical and mental health in regards to not just her own lifelong struggle with weight, but also with being happier and more content with her life.
Renee loves activities involving the outdoors like trail running, hiking and rock climbing. However she does balance it with being a gym rat as she loves being able to see what her body is capable of doing. Plus, increasing her strength helps improve her abilities in doing outdoor activities and just feeling overall healthier.
