Here at Body and Mind Strong, our passion is helping others achieve their goals, become stronger both mentally and physically, increase their confidence, learn their own potential and gain the strength to conquer their wildest dreams.

We help you achieve these goals, not just by focusing on the goal itself, but also on your habits, behaviors and mental fortitude. These areas has led you to where you are now, both positively and negatively. Through behavior modification, habit changes and increasing mental strength, you will be able to conquer anything you put your mind to.

Meet Renee, your Integrated Coach

Renee Thomas

MCS, MBA/F, CPT, C-HCLC

Renee is the founder of Body and Mind Strong who brings extensive experience, education and passion to help others achieve their goals and improve their lives. She has over 18 years of experience helping others achieve their goals in both healthcare, fitness and education environments. In addition, she has helped others with behavior modification since 2008 as a master level Behavioral Health Counselor. Renee is also a certified Fitness Trainer and Health Care Life coach, and recently obtained her Master's in Business Administration/Finance.

Renee has learned the importance of the connection between physical and mental health in regard to not just her own lifelong struggle with weight, but also with being happier and more content with her life.

Renee loves activities involving the outdoors like trail running, hiking and rock climbing. However, she does balance it with being a gym rat as she loves being able to see what her body is capable of doing.  Plus, increasing her strength helps improve her abilities in doing outdoor activities and just feeling overall healthier.

Having a Connection with Your Coach

We believe having a good connection with your coach is just as important as the skill level of your coach. In our experience in working with others, we have found having some kind of connection increases the chance of success.
