Meet Renee, Your Integrative Wellness Coach
Renee is the founder of Body and Mind Strong who brings extensive experience, education and passion to help others achieve their goals and improve their lives. She has over 18 years of experience helping others achieve their goals in both healthcare, fitness and education environments. In addition, she has helped others with behavior modification since 2008 as a master level Behavioral Health Counselor. Renee is
also a ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Health Care Life coach, and recently obtained her Master's in Business Administration/Finance.
Renee has learned the importance of the connection between physical and mental health in regard to not just her own lifelong struggle with weight, but also with being happier and more content with her life.
Renee loves activities involving the outdoors like trail running, hiking and rock climbing. However, she does balance it with being a gym rat as she loves being able to see what her body is capable of doing. Plus, increasing her strength helps improve her abilities in doing outdoor activities and just feeling overall healthier.
